Microsoft Word documents

are available as a Microsoft Word 97/98 document. If
you are running Word 97 or 98 or higher on your home computer (either
on a Mac or a Windows operating system), you can click on the link and
it will download to your home computer's hard disk. You can then open
the document once downloaded and adapt it for your own uses.
