Step Five: Evaluating Results

• Send a Priority Fax along with a Confirmed Response Form (TFL version not currently available) to each congregation that participated in your NDS campaign. If possible, assign volunteers to follow up with phone calls to ensure a strong response. This step has proven extremely helpful when organizing a campaign the following year, for it will give you information on levels of participation in various congregations, as well as statistic that will prove useful when promoting your campaign in the future. It will also give you and your volunteers a sense of accomplishment for a job well done.
